Jackie (Mulvaney) Hahn is returning for the second year livestream host with the 50th Annual Belmar/Lake Como St. Patrick’s Day Parade and excited to return. She was born and raised in Brick, NJ and one of five children to James and Kathryn Mulvaney. Jackie has been acting, dancing and singing since she was 5 years old. One of her favorite types of dance was Irish Step Dancing, which she studied at Patricia Murphy’s School of Irish Dance. Also, she performed in over 20 different shows with the Brick Community Children’s Theatre (BCCT) across the span of 8 years.

After graduating from Brick Memorial HS in 2007, she attended Five Towns College in Dix Hills, NY to study Theatre Arts. Whilst there, Jackie met her husband, Matt Hahn of Old Bridge, NJ. During her studies, she was in many theatre productions, such as “Carousel”, “Hamlet”, “Top Girls”, “A Chorus Line” and more. Once Matt and her graduated in 2011, they decided to work together on a few film projects. Some of which include “Tiger Lily” and “Generation Hack”, which is currently in Post Production.

Jackie and Matt moved to Ocean Township, NJ in 2014 and have focused on building up their film production company Hahn Films, online presence of Here Are The Hahns and growing a family. They currently live in Brick with son, Nathan, aged 2 and daughter, Emmaline, aged 6 weeks. Jackie is very excited to be participating in her first ever Belmar/Lake Como St. Patrick’s Day Parade and looks forward to many, many more in the future!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day to one and all! Many blessings to you and yours.

Please excuse the sound issues and some video quality on random videos. Web cam video isn’t always so good when it’s live and when we started this “Parade Video journey” back in 1998,  we just stuck a video camera out our second story window off of Main St. and broadcast-ed our first stream on a personal computer using the first iterations of Webcam software (Updating a image in browser every 15 secs). We were so excited when we heard a relative of a friend from Ireland had seen the stream.

We are volunteers and our equipment is not always so good, the mic picks up wind and crowd noises as well as being outside in all the madness. Some years we had no sound and have used second hand surveillance equipment. So check them out and tell us what you think.

We are in the process of uploading and processing our videos, dating back to 1999 on our YouTube channel, So please be patient and come back soon.
